Beyond the formation of your Captive, CPG works with you as your Domestic Captive Manager. We oversee the ongoing regulatory and financial reporting and provide you with an ongoing analysis of the Captive structure to maximize efforts and profitability. We also work in conjunction with the Foreign Captive Team (Lawyer, Accountant, Regulators, Asset Managers, Captive Management Group) to unify the business effort. CPG will provide you with regular updates and engage in discussions around the Captive strategy so we can respond quickly to changing market conditions.

Additional services include:

• Participation and assistance with the preparation of board meetings
• As appropriate, attend company meetings as related to the company strategy and the potential effect on the Captive
• Suggest Directors for the Captive board
• Coordinate and participate in the provision of the Captive services (comment on claims, provide risk management and process advice, etc.)
• Provide ongoing advice regarding the captive, the Captive industry and specific operational issues
